Teaches: Life Lessons from Performance Psychology
Nick Stow is an experienced educator and coach with over 20 years in teaching, coaching, and performance development. He has taught at Ithaca College’s London Center and worked at Singapore American School, where he supported student-athletes through strength and conditioning, mental skills training, and initiatives to increase engagement and inclusion in sport. He has extensive experience helping athletes at all levels — from youth players preparing for collegiate competition to professionals in Europe — to develop resilience, leadership, and confidence under pressure. His academic background includes advanced study in performance psychology, with a focus on decision-making under pressure and the integration of mental and physical conditioning.
