Carole Machin

Teaches: Modern and Contemporary Art in London; British Masters; British Art of the Last Hundred Years

Carole Machin trained as a painter and then graduated in art history from the Courtauld Institute. Much of her professional life has involved the teaching of American undergraduates, focusing on British art and architecture. She has travelled widely in Europe, Africa and the Middle East and lived for four years in Ghana, West Africa. Carole was a director of GEO in London from 1995 to 2004.
